The GCGRA licensee register lists Island 3 AMI FZ-LLC, doing business as Wynn Al Marjan, under land-based gaming facilities. A land-based facility licence ties to a physical venue and a named operator, while an internet gaming licence covers a digital service and sports wagering gets identified separately in the register.
